- You have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it. However, once our courier partner picks it up, we will not be able to cancel it. Please call us at +91-9945546610 to let us know about the cancellation, as it is possible we may not see an email in time.
- If you are cancelling your order because you have changed your mind, you will have to bear the costs for returning the products if you package has already been shipped out.
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned within seven days of delivery, with at least 75% remaining in the bottle/pot/packet. You can exchange your products hassle-free at any of our stores, or ship them back to our warehouse. Please note that at this time we do not offer reverse pick up, nor are we able to cover the cost of shipping them back.
- Once you place an exchange request with our customer care team, and your returned product reaches our warehouse, it will take around 7 business days to process the same, subject to product inspection.
- When returning a product please mention your name, Invoice number/order number, and mobile number (that you registered with) on the top of the box and insert the original invoice inside the box.
- Once the exchange of the product is accepted, we will issue store credit to you that you can use in any of our stores, or on our website.
- Please note that the amount of the shipping charges (including octroi or other taxes levied, excluding VAT) will not be included in the credit note issued.
- The above-mentioned points are not applicable on products purchased with promotional/discount offers. Those products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition, or is the package has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, we will replace it for you provided the following steps are followed:
- Please check the package you receive for any damage in front of the delivery personnel.
- If there is any damage to the package/any product, please refuse to accept delivery of the package, and send us a photograph of the damage, in the packaging we sent, within 48hrs of delivery.
- Please call or email us at the details given above, mentioning your Order ID.
*Please note that damages caused because of negligence, improper usage and/or application will not be covered under our Return/Exchange Policy.
*We recommend that you do a patch test on your skin before using any products. However, if you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please give us a call and we will support you as best we can.
